Adrian Heskin escapes serious injury in Welsh National fall

Adrian Heskin Adrian Heskin escaped with a badly bruised wrist following a fall in the Coral Welsh Grand National at Chepstow.
Heskin was riding the well-fancied Wild West Wind in the showpiece marathon and appeared to be travelling well at the head of affairs before crashing out at the 12th fence.
Wild West Wind's trainer, Tom George, said: "He went off for X-rays on his way home.
"Thankfully they have shown that it is just badly bruised."
